philosophy, at Stocker and Allaire, is that the entire process of building a
quality custom home should be fun and exciting. We will help with every
aspect of the construction of a detailed, intricate home from inception to
move-in. We believe in the practice of relationship building, developing
trust over time, and many of our clients have hired us to design and build
multiple homes.

budget. We will assemble a team for your home, design the architecture
in-house, or recommend an appropriate Architect. We will spend a lot of time
getting to know you, understanding how you live your lives and use spaces so
that we can create a home environment that suits you to a “T.”
For over 17 years we have been exclusive exhibit builders for the
Monterey Bay Aquarium. We have built everything from special exhibits,
to the restaurant Portola Cafe, we’ve even installed a fractionated,
ozonated sea water system that regulates each specific environment for the
fish exhibited. What has this got to do with your home? Well,
