When we first saw this Preserve lot, it looked like an abandoned mine operation. The project has been started and then stopped, and everyone just walked away. The new buyers of the lot had great vision and when they brought in Ken Linsteadt as the Architect, then Bernard Trainor as the Landscape Architect, and Kristen Rowell with Scavullo Design to do the interiors, magic happened.Architect
